The OC - where happy hour lasts for more than just a few hours, but for an entire week!
From April 12-28, the inaugural Happy Hour Week will promote the best drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic alike) as well as popular apps. Over 40 restaurants are confirmed to participate, including Brix Wine Bar, Ruth's Chris Steak House, 21 Oceanfront.

I've been checking out the menus online - the happy hours look great and there are food specials too.
Mozambique in Laguna has $4.99 cocktails & appetizers in the shebeen their upstairs lounge from 4-close.
Bistro West, JT Schmid's, Bluewater Grill and Chaparosa at the District have their happy hours ALL DAY + ALL WEEK. What a great crawl.
