Churros!

During a quick drive through the South Bay, a sign on the corner of Avalon and PCH caught my eye: Churro Hut. I had to stop.

Inside, customers will be pleased to find freshly made churros (nothing frozen here, people), an assortment of dips and fillings, as well as savory treats in the form of sandwiches and fries for those who require additional sustenance.

As always, I wanted to try EVERYTHING, so the churro sampler was my best bet. Featuring 12 three-inch mini churros, my sampler included both plain and filled churros (chocolate, caramel, strawberry and bavarian cream). All are winners in my book, but my personal fave is definitely the bavarian cream.
